Trust LightSources to Flexibly Supply
Your Specialty Lamp Needs
For over three decades, LightSources, LightTech, LCD Lighting, Voltarc and Cerlux have grown under the leadership of a proactive and talented executive team.
Beginning as a single organization in Orange, Connecticut, LightSources now has locations on three continents and holds leading positions in the design and manufacturing of various specialty lighting technologies for some of the largest corporations in the world.
Some of the advantages of working with LightSources Include:
- Flexible Supply – Both our US and European manufacturing facilities operate with state-of-the-art, modern equipment to keep production running smoothly. We operate our own fluorescent glass factory in Hungary, which allows us to offer short runs and just-in-time completion to accommodate our clients’ production and project deadlines. Responding fast to our partners’ emergency requirements is our strength.
- Just in Time Inventory – The LightSources group maintains KanBan systems for many of our international clients to provide fast, economical flow of materials for their product or warehousing requirements. Once the forecasted requirements are determined, KanBan provides for automatic levels of inventory control without the daily need for analysis or planning.
- Reduced Transports Cost – LightSources and LightTech can provide a wide range of shipping services – road, rail, sea or air. We ship to over 60 countries across 6 continents. Each location – Europe, China and North America – is equipped to handle your entire transport function and customs documentation related to importing and exporting.
Serving our clients with the highest quality care means building strong, strategic partnerships. These relationships enable us to commence mass-production of new types of proprietary and specialty lamps cost-effectively and with short turnaround.
As an OEM-focused specialty lamp company, the LightSources group knows how to build and maintain long-term business alliances that add value and profits to our OEM customers’ bottom-line.
