TriLight Max™

Voltarc’s TriLight Max T8 and T12 series of lamps use our Long Life^TM Cup-Cathode Technology.

The T8 TriLightMax lamps have 60,000 hours of rated useful life – a life expectancy six times greater than standard T12 HO lamps and up to 40% more efficient. The T12 TriLightMax lamps have 50,000 hours of rated useful life with 25 percent greater efficiency. Using TriLight Max T8HO and T12HO lamps means fewer lamp replacements and greatly reduced service calls.

The TriLight Max series of lamps in conjunction with our Long Life^TM technology uses high-quality tri-band phosphors to yield exceptional color rendering for maximum lumen output and maintenance performance.

Designed with the sign-maker and serviceman in mind, the TriLight Max series of Long Life^TM lamps are made to the same lengths as standard T12 high-output lamps, so they will easily fit into existing systems. TriLight Max lamps are available in T8 and T12 styles from the F18T12/HO to F96T12 HO TUFSTRAIGHT, F108T12/HO to F120T12/HO XtraLong styles and in standard TUFBEND U-Bend styles.

Energy efficient and environmentally friendly, the TriLight Max Long Life^TM lamps with Cup-Cathode Technology are compatible with most magnetic and electronic sign ballasts. T8 lamps, when used with electronic ballasts, provide up to 40% greater efficiency. T12 lamps, when used with an electronic warm start ballast, provide up to 25% greater efficiency.

Direct Retrofitting
Unlike any other manufacturer, direct retrofitting with electronic ballasts rated for T8 and T12 lamps directly replaces existing T12 HO lamps with up to 25% greater efficiency! Whether you are building, designing or retrofitting an existing sign, you’ll find it easy to incorporate TriLight Max into your signage program. Unlike other manufacturers that specialize in general lighting, Voltarc lamps are built with the sign-maker and professional serviceman in mind and are made to the same industry lengths as standard T12 high output lamps. TriLight Max T12 RDC’s are designed to operate on both magnetic and electronic sign ballasts so new construction and changeover is now a simple process.
